Green energy projects represent long-term capital investments. We protect the assets with comprehensive technical support and always keep track of all technical issues. We ensure proper operation to take profit from maximim returns out of the installed turbines and photovoltaic modules.

The projects require next to technical support extensive commercial management to ensure that the full potential is exploited and all contractual matters are fulfilled to the satisfaction of all parties involved. We maintain an overview of all financial issues and are available as experts with many years of experience and professional know-how. Our commercial management has only one goal: maximum yields with an optimal cost structure.

Technical Operations

Fault tracking equals fault prevention

A detailed log of all possible default messages generate the basis for the smooth operation of the project. We track every message back to its origination point and initiate measures to avoid the occurence of the same error. This increases our know-how and reveals optimisation potential for investment.

Investments need care

With experienced partners we handle the project maintenance: Causes of malfunctions are determined and remedied within the scope of maintenance contracts. We handle communication with the transmission service operator (TSO) and all of the key partners and keep infrastructure up-to-date. In performing all of these tasks, we have a single focus: minimal yield losses through perfect coordination.

Performance analysis

We let you know how much power the project or individual turbines are generating. We record time and energy data and compare power curves. Our performance analysis shows whether the project is really performing as it should. 

Inspections

Expert technicians inspect the system every six months. In accordance with building and insurance regulations, we ensure timely hand-over by experts and, if necessary, organise necessary measures such as oil samples, rotor blade checks or endoscopic analyses.

Control is better

Qualified employees remotely monitor the plant and are available if needed. Remote status checks, their evaluation, and plausibility assessments are all part of our daily work, as well as shutdowns and startups in close coordination with transmission service operators. We manage the system in accordance with DIN VDE 0105–100 and handle all of the obligations involved with a green energy project.

We cooperate closely with contact persons, professionally evaluate test reports, and assert the operators rights with turbine manufacturers in the event of any defects.

Of course, we document all work and inspections in a life-cycle record and recommend any measures required for continued operation. Monthly, quarterly and annual reports keep you up to date on your project.

Commercial Operations

In continuous exchange

We take care of the coordination and communication in all matters relevant to the management of the wind farm. Our transparent processes ensure successful collaboration with the stakeholders involved and targeted information management. We remain in constant exchange with all steakholders and complete all reporting obligations. Our team around lease accounting ensures optimal owner support.

Contract and payment management

We manage all contracts concerning the green energy project. Whether deadline management, payment monitoring or the collection and settlement of contracts — we provide an overview and master even complex contractual issues. Our modern database enables reliable verification and processing of credit notes and invoices, taking into account revenue-based calculations.

Financing and bank management

Financing is a multi-layered affair. Reporting obligations, liquidity planning and DSCR certificates, monitoring of investment funds, reconciliation of interest and repayment with loan agreements — we manage the obligations arising from financing, enable coordinated bank communication and draw on many years of experience.

Financial accounting

Comprehensive tasks arise in the financial accounting area — keeping an overview here is difficult. We carry out the bookings, obtain balance confirmations and manage the accounts of the companies. We provide the preparatory work for the tax advisor and prepare the annual financial statements and management report in close cooperation with the auditor, taking into account the corporate structure and the booking rules.

Monitoring and optimisation

Our controlling department regularly prepares liquidity and business plans and carries out CBAs and target/actual comparisons, which can be used to identify optimisation potential. In this way, we manage to uncover unplanned cost factors, counteract them at an early stage and achieve higher profits.

Digital documentation and access

All processes and information required to ensure secure management are digitally processed, documented and archived. Our digital workflows for processing and filing incoming mail, incoming invoices and revenue statements enable relevant information to be filed in a targeted manner and made available live.
